We dance 5Rhythms Waves of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness.
Targeting an inclusive space.

  1. Bring your sweet self, just as you are
  2. Arrive at 7.15 to start on time at 7.30. Stay for the entire 2 hour class until 9.30pm.
  3. Give your attention to your body
  4. The dance is unvoiced. There is spoken guidance from Mary. You can stay after the dance to converse.
  5. Bring water to drink in a refillable water bottle
  6. Wear clothes you love to dance in. Bring layers to cool down/warm up.
  7. The Yoga Tree is a barefoot yoga studio. No footwear is allowed. If your feet need padding you can wear pilates grip socks which will not slip.
  8. 5Rhythms is a conscious space, please do not come to the dance if you are intoxicated with alcohol, cannabis or any other substance.
  9. Exit via the back fire door and close it behind you
  10. Children over 11 are welcome (although very rarely attend). Attending children are dancing participants. Please get in touch with Mary before bringing a child.
  11. Mobile phones are not allowed in the dance space. Please do not use your phone at any time during the dance.

  1. Entry by pre-booked ticket
  2. Arrive from 7.15 to start on time at 7.30. No entry after 7.40 pm
  3. Stay for the entire session
  4. You can self cancel your ticket up to 24 hours before the dance for a full refund.
    You can also message up to 24 hours before the dance to get your ticket cancelled for you and receive a full refund.
  5. You can transfer your ticket up to 24 hours before the dance. Transferred tickets are not refundable.
